IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN I Francis Tavernor of the Parrish of Saint Andrew Undershaft London merchant being sicke of body but of perfect mynde and memory doe make this my last will and testament following

IMPRIMIS I bequeath my soule to my god, and my body to the earth to be buried at the discretion of my executor hereafter named

ITEM I give and bequeath to my sister Joann Taverner two hundred pounds to be paid to her or her assigned, within one yeare after my decease

ITEM I give and bequeath to the poore people of the parrish of Heyton in the county of Hertford forty shillings to be distributed at the discreton of my said executor forty shillings to be distributed at the discrecon of my said executor

LASTLY I give and devise to my honored father Richard Tavernor of Heyton aforesaid esquire All my lands tenements and hereditaments whatsoever scituate letting and being in the severall countyes of Norfolk and Suffolk by whatsoever name and names the same are or have bin distinguished or knowne which said lands and oremisses lately descended to me by and after the death of Thomas Bedell gent deceased who was Brother to my deare mother deceased To have and to hold all the said lands tenements and premisses with thappurtenances to him the said Richard Zaverner and his heires and assignees forever

All the rest and residue of my personall estate goods and chattells I doe give and bequeath to my said father Richard Taverner whome I hereby make the full and sole executor of this my last will and testament revoking all former and other wills by me made whatsoever
