IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN I MARY DALISON sicke of body but of perfect memory (God be praised) doe make and ordaine this my last will and testament in manner follwoing FFIRST I commend my Soule to Allmightie God my maker hopeing through the meritts of Jesus Christ to be made ptaker of life everlasting with the elect Children of God. ITE I give and bequeath unto my eldest daughter Penelope all my pearles about fowerscore two in number And also my watch
IT I give unto my youngest daughter Theodora my diamond Ringe
IT I will that all my apparrell, Childbedd lynnen and all other furnitures that anyway belongeth unto mee shalbe equallie devided betweene my said two daughters
ITEM I give unto Phillip my second sonne the guilt sugar box
ITE I give unto Arthur my Cypresse Chest
IT I give unto John my India Cabonett
ITE I give unto my eldest sonne William five pounds
IT I give unto Spencer my youngest sonne the somme of one hudnred pounds to be paid at his age of one and Twenty And I doe hereby declare that though the bond be taken in his name yett my will and meaninge is that if he dy before the said age of twenty one yeares the said somme of one hundred pounds (being mine owne to dispose of) shalbe given and paid unto my next younger sonne that shall happen to be surviving at the age of one and twentie yeares, amountting upwards in degree from the youngest
IT I give unto my sister ?Covell one old peece of gold of thirtie three shillings

The residue of all and singular my goods and chattells as shalbe left after my debts paid my funerall expences discharged, and all other xxxxxxx thereunto belonging accompted for I give and bequeath unto the rest of my sonnes, except my sonne William, and also such sonne as shall take benefitt of the one hundred pound before given at his full age
IT I give unto my daughter Penelope the bedd and furniture at Hallinge if there shalbe found sufficient to defray all other charges
