12. weekes last hee the said Briggs hath bin and is in the possession
13. thereof, this deponent seeing him severall times in such possession

38. allegate laid upon her at Bristoll, which hee knoweth being then
39. at Bristoll and seeing him in such possession. And further

42. furnished out the said vessell on voyages as owners thereof,
43. and have as owners received freights earned by her of this
