To the 7th article of the said Allegation hee saith hee well knoweth the shipp or
Vessell the dove arlate, whereof Walter Cable was Master, and saith the
said Vessell upon or about the seaventh day of August last past, in the
night in Companie with the William and James qwherein this deponent
served, passed a place in the sea called the Well, but whether any dammage
was done in the said passage to the shipp the Successe arlate this deponent knoweth
not, having not, so farr as hee remembreth, ever seene the said shipp Successe
neither at that nor any other time or place. And further cannot depose./
To the 10th hee saith, hee this deponent never heard the said Cable acknowledge
