and this deponent being upon deck of the Successe then with othesrs of the sayd shipps
Company the sayd Master of the Successee and this deponent and others of the sayd shipps
company called out and cryed to the Company of the sayd shipp which they soe espied
coming right upon them (which shipp proved to be as afterwards appeared the dove
arlate) and desyred them to goe cleere of the shipp Successe but the Company
of the shipp the dove made no answere and regarded not what was sayd to
them but hold on their course , which the Company of the Successe perceiving put
their helme a Lee, and endeavoured all they could to stay the shipp Successee and prevent
the dove falling fowle upon her, but the Company of the dove hold still on their
course and in a carelesse or wilfull manner runne directly aboard the Successe
