unto him this Rendent by the sayd Arangasea about
a fortnight (to his best remembrance) before the
newes came that the interrate shipp the hare in the feild
was seizd by the shipps of this Commonwealth And
further he cannot answeare./
To the tenth Interrogatory he answereth that he doth not know
nor ever heard or understood any thing to the contrary
wherby he showld not beleive in his conscience that the
Linnens interrate are the proper and onely goods of
Bartholomew de Apatris, and not of
any fenchman or subiect to the french king And
further he cannot answeare./
To the seleaventh Interrogatory he answereth that by the adcice
unto him the Rendent communicated by the aforenamed
Arangace[?n] above twelvemoneth since that the interrate
Lopez de Apatris had sent unto them the interrate
Bertrand Baud and Mathew de La ffitt 800 weight
of Redd wooll, and by orther following advices imparted
unto this Rendent by the sayd Arangacen, he did well
know that they the said de Baud and de La ffitt had goods
and effects of his the said Lopez de Apatris in their hands
to a good value, And further he cannot answeare./
