To the 12 and 13 hee referreth himselfe to his foregoeing deposition, and cannot
otherwise depose, saving hee received the said letter from Jeronimo Nunez de Costa
in or about May last, and was not present at the writing thereof.
To the 14th hee cannot depose.
To the 15. 16. 17. 18 and 19 hee saith hee never sawe nor was aboard the
said shipp the Thirstie hare, and otherwise hee cannot depose, saving as
aforesaid, not being in the voyage.
To the 20th hee saith the said Jeronimo Nunez de Costa is a Jew
by Religion, and otherwise hee cannot answer saving as aforesaid.
To the 21th hee cannot answer.
To the 22th hee cannot depose.
To the last hee referreth himselfe to his foregoeing deposition and cannot
otherwise depose.

Mariner, master of the said shipp the Thirstie hart aged
40 yeeres or thereabouts sworne and examined.
To the fifth and sixth articles of the said allegation and the bills of lading
exhibited and therein mentioned and nowe dhowne unto him hee saith and
deposeth that upon the lading of the severall goods and merchandizes allegate
on board the said shipp the Thirstie hart
