And other wise hee cannot depose./
To the 4th hee saith the shipp the John remained, as hee remembreth
about 3. or 4. weekes after shee was laden in the harbour of Porto Port., and
otherwise saving his foregoeing deposition hee cannot depose./
To the 5th hee saith hee knew the Master of the shipp John interrate during [?and GUTTER]
