And otherwise saving his foregoeing deposition hee saith hee cannot depose:-
To the 5th article hee saith hee referreth himselfe to his precedent depositions
And to the Acts and proceedings of this Court, And further cannot depose
saving hee beleeveth the said producent is damnified by the detention of the said
freight, besides the freight it selfe, the summe of thirtie or fortie pounds.

To the first article hee saith, hee knoweth nothing of the Proprietors arlate, nor of any
other having or pretending to have any propriety to the shipp the Julian arlate/

To the third article or position hee saith, That hee this deponent as Cooper being imployed by
Mr Thomas Allen and others Merchants of London did putt on board the shipp the
Julian arlate in the yeare 1653. (the said Richard Bryan then commonly and generally
