IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN I Thomas Gill now residing in the Citty of Oporto in the Kingdom of Portugall Merchant being weak in body but of perfect mind and  memory and well weighing the certainty of death and the suddenesse thereof doe make y:s my last Will and Testament hereby revoaking all former Wills whatsoever

IMPRIMIS I bequeath my soul unto Almighty God steadfastly hopeing through the merrits of my Saviour for the blessed resurrection of the just unto eternall life and for my worldly goods and Estate which God hath blessed me with I give and dispose thereof hereby in manner and forme following that is to say ffirst I will that all those debts which I owe in right or conscience to any manner of person or persons whatsoever shall be well and truely paid or orderedto be paid by my Executor hereafter named within convenient time after my decease

Alsoe I doe constitute my said Nephew Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament  And lastly I doe hereby nominate appoint and humbly request my good friends M:r Edward Young my partner herein Oporto merchant and M:r George ffry of London in the Kingdome of England merchant Executors in trust of this my last Will and Testament requesting them to  see this my will performed to whom I give and it is my request to each of them that they will accept of tenn Millreys each to buy a ring
