Portugall and aswell the said shipp the
Saint Anthony and her Tackle Apparrell
guns ammunition and furniture
whatsoever belongeing to the said shipp
as alsoe all the goods wares and
merchandizes and the whole ladeing
whatsoever that was onboard her at
the time of her seizure by the said
Captaine Regemorter by vertue of his
Commission in this cause exhibited and
before did belonge and appertaine to
the kinge of Portugall or to certaine
Portugises his Subiects or to other
Subiects of the said kinge and before
and untill the said seizure made by the
said Regemorter as aforesaid the said
shipp and all her ladeing aboard her
were the proper goods of the said kinge
of Portugall or of his Subiects and
for and is owners thereof unto that
time they were commonly Accounted
reputed and taken And otherwise for
his pparte hee doeth not
beleeve the said position to bee true in
any parte thereof Saveinge hee beleeveth
that after such time as the said John
Regmorter had seized and surprized
the said shipp the Saint Anthonye and
her ladeing by vertue of his Commission
aforesaid hee tooke out of her Thirty
five Portugieses into his man of
warre and kept them onboard him
and did likewise put onboard the Saint
