Evidence from High Court of Admiralty
Thirty-two year old Thomas Bonfoy deposed on June 6th 1656 in the High Court of Admiralty. He was examined on an allegation on behalf of Sir John Barker.[1]
A year later, Thomas Bonfoy and fellow London merchant Henry Negus freighted, victualled and manned the ship the Successe (Master: William Goodlad) in 1657.
