Lawes of Spaine, And saith that if moneyes or sylver attempted to be transported
without license be seized in the ports of Spaine, the owners thereof
may be devested of their property therein by confiscation thereof to the
use of the King of Spaine, but saith if the same arrive and

a merchandize in all respects to the Owners thereof as any other
goods whatsoever, and somuch is evident by daily experience and
