To the 20th hee saith that [?Jeronimo] Nunez da Costa, diego ffernandez
da Lemo, diego Baraza, Andrew and Christofer Nunez, diego Perez
Cam[?inho], duarte dias da Paz, and Simon and Lewes Rodriguez da Souza the
producents living in Amsterdam were and are of the Jewish profession
of Religion, and Manuell Martines Madina of Lisbone a Christian
And otherwise hee cannot answer saving as aforesaid.

To the 21th and 22 hee saith hee cannot depose.

To the last hee referreth himselfe to his foregoing deposition and otherwise
hee cannot depose.

Examined upon the foresaid allegation.

Augustin Corronell of London Merchant aged 30 yeares or
thereabouts sworne and examined.

To the first article of the said allegation hee saith and deposeth that
hee well knoweth the producent Jeromino Nunez da Costa and hath soe donne about five
yeares last past, and well knoweth that for all the said time hee hath
and still doth drive a constant trade from Lisbone to Roane in ffrance
and to Amsterdam and other parts, with sugars, tobaccoes and other
merchandizes for his owne accompt, and hath his factors at Lisbone
and Roane to that purpose, which hee knoweth because hee this
deponent correspondeth with him and his factors and thereby is well acquainted
with such his dealings, having alsoe received many dispatches and
bills of exchange about such his traffique. And otherwise hee cannot
depose, saving the said Jeromino is a merchant of good accompt and
repute, and saving that the premisses were and are publique and notorious.

To the second third and fourth articles of the said allegation hee saith and
deposeth that hee beleeveth the goods arlate under the markes arlate
said to be laden aboard the Thirstie hart for the proper accompt of
the arlate Jero[?mino] Nunez da Costa were and are really for his accompt as is arlate, having seene attestations
and received advise from him to that purpose. And otherwise hee cannot
depose.

To the fifth and 6 article and the goods and bills therein mentioned hee saith
that having seene the bills of lading exhibited in this cause and remayning
in this Court hee verily beleeveth them to have bin signed by the
arlate master of the Thirstie hart, and to have bin aboard her at the
time of her seizure, and the contents thereof to be true, especially
having bin informed by the said master of the truth thereof, And
otherwise hee cannot depose.

To the 7th hee saith that it is ordinary by marchants trading betwixt
Lisbone Roane and Amsterdam in holland shipps, to lade goods for Roane
and yet consigne them to be delivered in Amsterdam to the end that if
