The sayd Captaine John Greene upon an allegation
given in on the behalfe of the sayd Phillipps in
the third place./
To the first and second articles of the sayd allegation hee saith saving
his fforegoeing deposeition to the allegation given on the behalfe of the
sayd Phillipps in the first place to which hee referreth hee cannot depose
To the 3 saving his deposition to the 3 article of the allegation given in the
