of all and singular the Land Tenements Goods chattells
moneys, debts, late in the possession of & belonging
unto Nathaniel Withers the elder late Citizen and

by him the said deceased by vertue of twoe
successive Indentures of Lease for the
consideraconn therein mentioned, granted
and lett by the Mayor & Commonalty and
Citizens of the Citie of London, the form:r
Indenture of Lease beareing date the first
day of march An:o Dmi 1649: the house and
p:misses thereby demised were & are to bee
held & enjoyed from the feast of the
Nativity of S:t John Baptist that was before
the day of the date thereof unto the full and
terme of Thirty & one yeares from
thence next ensueing, The latter of
the said Indentures of Lease granted and lett
as before is mentioned beareth date the
Nineth day of October An:o Dmi 1655 the houses
and p:rmisses thereby demised are to bee held
and enjoyed from the feast of the Nativity
of S:t John Baptist which shalbee An:o Dmi

by him the said deceased before his decease,
