Since Closure of my lre to yo:r Worp:e I have notice of M:r W:m Bells[1] arrivall at Surratt & understanding hee hath not yett satisffyed a debt unto mee now neare 3 yeares, I make bould to trouble yo:r Worp:e w:th my desires y:t wou will please to Command him to satisffye y:e same unto ?Herjie:e ?Vetcharas,[2] I thinke y:e principall is about 700: rup:e But y:t M:r Gray[3] will bee better able to satisfye yo:r Worp:e in, S:r I hope you will please to pardon this my presumption And alsoe y:t if you finde wee have not provided for all y:t M:r Andrewes[4] Mallice may have suggested against us, y:t yo:r Worp:e will make a favourable Construction thereof untill you heare us speake for our selves, & then I am very well assured shall bee able to make his mallice, & our Innocence Clearly to appeare

I am very sorry for M:r Lambtons[5] death, God in mercy p:rserve yo:r worp:e & fitt us all for our uncertaine certaine Change w:ch are y:e ffrequent prayers of
