Ad 9um rendet That besides what the Captaines tooke away the said ships lading
sustained much damage by long lying at Rye in so hot weather Et
alr nescit./.

Ad 10um rendet That if the said ship had bin taken by the ffrench Dutch or
Danes they would have sayd that the said ship was bound to Ostend and soe
their bills of Lading were made but in truth they were bound to London
and the reall bills were sent by the post to London as hee was
informed and [?saith] that had this deponent bin examined upon his oath hee would not
have declared that shee was bound to London, because hee would not bring
himselfe in trouble, et alr nescit./.

Ad primum rendet that shee knoweth not of how many tonne burthen the
said ship called the Piper is built saith that shee knoweth that the said ship belonged to Lubeck
because the skipper who is a Lubbecker told her soe, but shee knoweth
not who are the owners, but shee was told for a truth
that they live at Lubeck, and saith that this rendent knoweth her not untill
about the beginning of May last at which time shee came with her husband
onboard her at Ostend, to goe to Bourdeaux, et alr nescit

Ad 2um rendet That the said ships company as shee understood were hired at
Ostend to goe thence to Bourdeaux to seeke a freight and saith that this Deponents
husband (who is High Dutchman borne about six miles above Brunswick
laded at Bourdeaux onboard her this voyage about 18. 19. or
twenty fatts of wine, and two tonnes of viniger for his owne account
but who laded the rest shee knoweth not, but one Savage was
talked of at Bourdeaux for a Lader, And saith that shee knoweth
not for whose account the rest of the said Lading was nor the particular quantity
thereof, but saith that there was wine brandy wine vineger and skinns
and say that shee doth not beleeveth that the same doth belong to London and hee allwayes understood and hee hath
heard at Bourdeaux and since that one Mr Samuel Putt of London was concerned therein
et alr nescit.

Ad 4um rendet That shee knoweth not how many persons were onboard the said ship
at her seizure not taking notice thereof nor what Countrymen
they were but beleeveth them to be all free persons and soe they are safe to be [?and] her husband
is a high Dutchman borne and shee this rendent is a native of Ghaunt in
fflanders they have not had any fixed habitation since
their marriage which was about foreteene yeers since or thereabout

great seale of a ship thereto which was said to be the Duke of Yorkes
passe and twas sayd to be signed by him, et alr nescit./
