being seafarers, and frequently from home, alr nescit salvis predepoita.

Ad primum, 2 et 3 arles deponit that hee hath knowne and bin master
of the said shipp the Winefat from November last, during which space hee
hath appertained in proprietie to the arlate Gaspar Roberts her owner,
on whose behalfe and for whose service the arlate ffrederick Real factor
of the said Mr Gaspar did at Amsterdam on or about the twentieth of
November last old stile put this deponent Master of the said vessell
which was then there lying, and shewed a letter which the said Real said hee
had received from the said Robert, and wherein as hee said the said
Roberts had written to them the sad Real to provide a good Master and
Stiersman to saile the said vessell, which hee saith is Swedish built
and commonly said to have bin built at Westerwick neare Stockhom in
Sweden, and is not of Hollands built or mole, as is discernable to
those that are acquainted with shipping and the building thereof. als nescit.

shipp designed for Nantes with CoppXXXX, this deponent with money which
hee received from the said Real for accompt of the said Roberts, sitted and
