To the sixth article hee saith that whereas in one of the said bills of lading
annexed namely in that for 2 barrs of silver laden aboard the Sampson
dated the 28 of July 1542 and marked with the first marke in the

[FIRST MARKE, LH SIDE]

margent, and in another of the same date two barrs of silver
Numbers 386 .379. laden aboard the Salvador and marked with the second marke

[SECOND MARKE, LH SIDE]

in the margin, and in another of the sate of the 27 of July 1652 for
two barrs of silver Numbers 377 .380 and marked with the second marke
in the margin, the said respective barrs of silver and pl;ate are therein
severally specified and mentioned to be laden for the accompt and adventure
of I.B. the same were and are in truth and realitie of the fact
laden aboard the said respective shipps for the proper accompt and
adventure of the said George Boschaert, and that by the said [?marke]
and characters . I.B. (being the initiall letters in the fflandrian and Spanish
tongues of the name and surname of the said George Boschaert) hee the said George Boschaert
the producent was and is meant and intended, and soe the said
letters were intended to signifie by David Molenstein the producents
factor who laded the same, who did the same by order of the said
producent as hee this deponent at Cadiz, and this deponent
well knoweth that the reason
