Examined upon the sayd Allegation.

Manuel Corea, of the Citty of Varinas in the
West Indies merchant of the age of four and thirty
yeares or thereabouts a witnes sworne
and examined deposeth and saith as followeth

To the first and second Articles of the sayd Allegation he saith and deposeth that he this
deponent hath knowne the arlate Lewis Fernandez Angell an Inhabitant
of Caracas in the west Indies for these twelve years last past, and saith
that he knoweth and is fully perswaded in his conscience that the sayd
Lewis ffernandez was and is the true lawfull and only proprietor of the
thirteene barrs of sylver arlate marked with the three markes
