and Inhabiant of Bridges and there lives and keepes his howse and family
for diverse yeares past, and hath lived there all this tyme. And otherwise
He cannot depose.

To the seventh article of the sayd allegation This deponent saith that all and singular the
plate and sylver aforesayd mentioned in the sayd three bills of lading annexed to
the sayd allegation were realy and truly provided bought and payd for by him
this deponent for the use and Accompt of the sayd Paulus Cobrisse, and
which this deponent knoweth knoweth for the reasons aforesayd. And otherwise
cannot depose.

To the last he saith his depositions are true.

To the :1 negatively.

To the 2d he saith he hath knowne Paulus Cobrisse [?9] monethes or thereabouts by
sight. and by correspondencyes .8. yeares. and hath knowne Pedro Navarro about
13 monethes, and Pedro Calvo 12 yeares. and saith he saw the same Navarro and
Calvo take boat to goe aboard the Salvador interrate, and saw them att the tyme interrate
att Cadiz in Company of this Rendent and the sayd Christian Cloppenbergh. And
otherwise he cannot depose.

To the 3d he saith the sayd Navarro and Calvo are the producents factors, and this Rendent
saw them carry sylver and moneys towards the shipp Salvador as he hath predeposed

To the .4. he saith the sayd Paulo Cobrisse is by common repute a fflandrian and hath lived
att Bridges all his tyme. and the sayd Navarro and Calvo are Spaniards and
by common repute have lived in Cadiz all their tyme. and otherwise cannot
depose.

To the .5.th he saith the names of the factors that laded the sylver and moneyes interrate
were and are Pedro Calvo and Pedro Navarro: and the same was laden in the
day tyme, and received aboard by Christian Cloppenbergh aforesaid as this deponent
beleiveth.

To the .7. he saith that some colourable bills of lading for plate belonging to this
Rendent, and for plate belonging to his contest in this cause John Mexia de Herera were as he
beleiveth found aboard the sayd shipp the Salvadora ccording to an allegation
admitted in this Court on this Rendents behalfe, and this deponents deposition
on the behalfe of the sayd Contest abiding in the Registry of this Court. and
otherwise negatively.

To the 8 and 9. he saith he is sure and saw that Pedro Navarro and Pedro Calvo
whom the bills of lading interrate doe mention to have laden the sylver and
moneyes now claymed did putt the same into a boat to carry the same aboard
the sayd shipp to lade it. and further being not aboard att the tyme of lading
the same he cannot depose.

To the .10.th he saith he knoweth nothing thereof.

To the 11th he saith he knoweth that the sylver and moneyes now claymed belong
onely to the producent. and saith the sayd shipp Salvador was bound onely for
Ostend. And otherwise negatively to every part of this Interrogatorie

To the 12. 13. 14. and 15th he saith. that Pedro Calvo one of the factors that
did lade the sylver did send from Cadiz in the yeare [?1650] to this Rendent in the West Indies a great quantity
of stuffes of the manufacture of England worth fifty thousand peeces of eight to convert into Sylver for the sayd
Producents Accompt, which stuffes were brought formerly for the same Accompt
to Cadiz
