  • Replace 'This is the footnote text' with the footnote you wish to add, using the format: first name, surname, title, (place of publication, date of publication), page or folio number
  • Save the page

delated This Courte did upon mature
Consideration of the whole case order
and enioyne the said Peterson to ex=
hibit his Libell and declare against
this Rendent in this Courte at a cer
taine day for that purpose to him
prefixed under paine to bee declared
by this Courte to have made the said
protest unduely and without cause
and to bee enioyned perpetuall silence
touching all the matters and demands
in the said protest and this respondent
beleeveth that the said prefixed
day is past and that the said Peterson
did not observe the order of the said
Court but did Contemptuously disobey
the same and that the said Peterson
hath sine againe and while the matter
defended iudicially in this Courte videlicet
[BLANK IN ORIGINAL MANUSCRIPT] craftily and
unduelt make another pretended protest
for the same matter before John Aurelius
another notary publick and thereby hath
againe iniured this Rendent for reparations
whereof hee humbly prayeth the
due consideration of this Courte And
otherwise for his parte hee doeth not
beleeve the said position to bee true in
any parte thereof./
