  • Insert immediately after the sentence or phrase you wish to annotate the following macro:<ref>This is the footnote text</ref>
  • Replace 'This is the footnote text' with the footnote you wish to add, using the format: first name, surname, title, (place of publication, date of publication), page or folio number
  • Save the page

the end and expiration of the said
voyadge hee departed this life in
Virginia or else where in the parts
beyond the Seas and these respondents
beleeve that since the death of the said
Garnit hee the said Moore is his Ad
ministrator And otherwise for
theire parts they nor either of them
doe not beleeve the said position to bee
true in any parte thereof/

To the sixth pretensed position they and
either of them answer and beleeve that
