  • Replace 'This is the footnote text' with the footnote you wish to add, using the format: first name, surname, title, (place of publication, date of publication), page or folio number
  • Save the page

ffernandez ut credunt And otherwise
for theire parts they nor either of them
doe beleeve the said position to bee
true in any parte thereof

To the second pretended position they and
either of them answer and beleeve that
the shippe the Wickentance arlate is a
dutch shippe and doeth wholy belonge to
dutch owners ut credunt and the arlate
Peeters is a dutchman and that all the
said Owners and fraightors doe or did
att the fraighteing of the said shipp live
in holland and that the Contract for
the first fraighteing of the said shippe
the Wickentance for the voyadge in ques=
tion was made in holland and the
voyadge for the said shipp was to end
and determine either here att London or
in holland whether these Rendents
pleased and those Rendents beleeve that
upon the delivery of all the said Rendents
goods here in this porte of London or
in holland and not before the fraight
for the said shippe the said voyadge was
to bee paid in holland And soe much
is well knowne to those Rendents ut
credunt And otherwise for theire partes
they nor either of them doe not beleeve
the said position to bee true in any parte
