Ad 2um et schedulam annex deponit that upon or about the time arlate as this deponent<br />
remembreth the time the said James Stone for and in consideration<br />
of the Som of one hundred and Twenty pounds by him then<br />
acknowledged to be receaved, or secured unto him did by his bill<br />
of Sale beareing date upon the Nineteenth day of September<br />
1646. arlate under his hand and Seale sell hypothecate and<br />
make over unto the said Thomas ffreer [?XXX] 16th part of<br />
the said Shipp the ''Honour'' together with her Tackle apparell<br />
and furniture to the said part belonging. which hee knoweth to be<br />
true hee this deponent being present when the said Mr Stone<br />
soe sealed and made over the said 16th part by his said<br />
bill of Saile and seeing him signe seale and deliver<br />
the said bill of saile for the same. Et alr nescit deponere.
