parts of the said shipps, hee remitted moneys by exchange to
Amsterdam for the payment for the same, And for the reasons
aforesaid hee saith hee well knoweth that the said docter ff{?XXX].
[?XXXX] was and s a part owner of and in both the said shipps and as such commonly accompted
And otherwise hee cannot depose.

To the second hee saith hee cannot depose.

To the third hee saith that the said doctor ffrancisco Bo[?uzi]
is a native of Como in Italy, and that that was (the
time aforesaid his ordinarie place of Residence) only hee frequented
Venice upon occasion of traffique as a merchant, and for [?practice]

To the second hee referreth himself to his foregoeing deposition, and

of Sweden, aged 38 yeares or thereabouts a Wittnes
sworne and examined saith and deposeth as followeth

To the first Article of the said Allegation and schedule thereto annexed hee saith and deposeth, That
that in the moneth of december 1653. arlate, and before the shipp the
Charitie with her lading sett sayle from Gottenburgh the Voyage in
Controversie, the said shipps lading now in question were entred into the
Custome house at Gottenburgh aforesaid and three quarters of tarre, which
werethen also entred for the account of the Master and Mariners of the
said shipp, Which hee declareth for that hee this deponent having seene
