		+	To the sewaventh article and schedule annexed hee saith and deposeth that after the

		+	ffrench, and the answers and confessions of the said Captaine Audrick were
		+	put into writing, and the contents thereof made knowne unto him by the said
		+	Interpreter, and hee understanding the said contents did readily and freely
		+	subscribe his name thereto in testimony of the truth thereof in this deponents
		+	presence, and that the paper hereunto annexed was and is his originall
		+	examination or confession and by him subscribed, the said examination being

		+	lading were taken and seized neare the Iland of Cha[?rsre] in the Streights

		+	pratticke [XXX] Trapany in Sicily whoile they were aboard, And otherwise hee
		+	cannot answar saving as aforesaid.
