said shipp from Portugall to the time
of her takeing by Captaine Regemor
ter and alsoe by the said Captaine
Brandlinge And otherwise for his
parte hee doeth not beleeve the said
position to bee true in any parte thereof

To the 5th perused position hee answereth
and beleeveth that the said Captaine
Brandling did defacto
deize upon the said shipp the ''Saint Anthony'' and her
ladeing upon the high and open Sea
and not in any port or harbour
nor within or under the Command
of any fforte or Castle or of any ship
or ffleete of shipps and that the said
shipp the ''Saint Anthony'' and her lad=
eing for all the time arlate ut credit
kept upon the high and open seas
and was not in either of the said
monethes carried into any porte
or harbour nor within or under
the Command of any fforte or
