The tenth day of September Anno&lt;br /&gt;
Dni 1670 I Grace Hardwin Citizen and Waxchandler of London bring weake in &lt;br /&gt;
body but of sound and perfect mine and memory thanks be given to Almighty&lt;br /&gt;
God for the same Doe declare and make this to be my last Will and Testament in&lt;br /&gt;
manner following that is to say I give to my Grandsonne Joseph Hardwin my share&lt;br /&gt;
and part in the instruments belonging to Wad and Sides trade my debts being payd&lt;br /&gt;
Also my household goods And whereas my house called the Cowes face is in mortgage&lt;br /&gt;
to Mr Doiley for Three hundred pounds My minde and will is that in case my good&lt;br /&gt;
friends Mr John Norman and Mr Hercules Commander theire Executors and Administrators to&lt;br /&gt;
make sale thereof for the most they can gett to discharge the engagement upon it But in&lt;br /&gt;
case moneys may within the time aforesaid be had upon Mortgage of the said house hopeing&lt;br /&gt;
my Grandsonne may redeem the same desireing it may continue in my name and calling&lt;br /&gt;
Then the said house I give to my Grandsonne Joseph Hardwin he takeing of the mortgage&lt;br /&gt;
for and dureing all the resiude of the terme of yeares I have therein if he live to his age&lt;br /&gt;
of Twenty and One yeares In case he dye before that age then the interest thereof to his sister&lt;br /&gt;
Elizabeth And my minde and will is that my said Grandsonne serve out his time &lt;br /&gt;
with my Coson Whetstone desireing my said friends Mr Norman and Mr Commander&lt;br /&gt;
to be his Guardians during his minority willing him to follow their advice To whom I give&lt;br /&gt;
to each a Ring worth 30s apeice And I doe hereby appoint my said Grandsonne&lt;br /&gt;
Executor of this my Will In witnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand &amp;amp; seale&lt;br /&gt;
the day and yeare aforesaid Grace Hardwin signed sealed and published for my last will&lt;br /&gt;
