* Goals of the conference would be: (Colin)

(a) Provide opportunity for project team members to present their own and their team's findings in the form of brief papers and posters, covering both historical substance and process learnings from the project

(b) Provide opportunity for project team members to meet each other and to strengthen relationships

(c) Say thank you to the volunteers for their efforts

(d) Spread knowledge of the project to a wider audience, including media

* All project members would be invited to attend, and encouraged to present findings, both about historical substance and the project process (Colin)

* We would also invite academics, archivists, school teachers, and public historians, who have taken an interest in our project, and who have been supportive (Colin)
